J EDWARD BROWN has had stories published widely. He lives and writes in Auckland, New Zealand.
BORIS TRBIC is a writer and filmmaker living in Melbourne, Australia.
JAMES FOLEY lives in Florida, USA. One of his stories won honourable mention in the Toasted Cheese summer contest and another story is about to be published.
ALEX KEEGAN lives in the UK and has been writing fiction for many years, being published widely in magazines throughout the world. He is also a writer of crime novels.
ANDREW MADIGAN lives and writes in Dubai, UAE.
BETTY ANN MATTHEWS lives and writes in Nelson, New Zealand. Her work has been published widely in New Zealand
JOANNA M. WESTON, born in England, lives in Western Canada; married, 3 sons. Writes full time - poetry, stories, children's books and reviews. Published internationally in journals and anthologies.

TANIA BRADY lives in Auckland, NZ with her husband and two young daughters. She has had poetry accepted for publication in the Listener, Southern Ocean Review 28, Bravado and Spin, and short fiction accepted for Turbine 2002 and Takahe 51.
DAVE SCHOFIELD is a student of English studying in Boston near Manchester, aged 24. He has been writing poetry for a couple of years, being published in several magazines. He has now moved to Internet-based magazines.
GARY LANGFORD presently lives in Sydney asa lecturer but intends to return to full time writing, returning to to Christchurch, NZ where he was born. He has a recent collection of poetry from Hazard Press, Lunch in the Storyteller's Restaurant. In the 1970's, Gary Langford was a prolific writer and editor in Christchurch. He is the author of 24 books including 9 novels, 3 collections of stories and 9 of poetry - mostly in Australia.
PETER OLDS lives in Dunedin, New Zealand and has had several books of poetry published since the early 1970's.He isa former Burns Fellow at Otago University. Recent books include 'Oh, Baxter is Everywhere' and Twelve Hotere's for Ivan Hill (2003) A volume of his collected poems is pending, probably in 2004. His poetry has been published widely in magazines and anthologies internationally.
TONY BEYER is a retired High School teacher of English living in Auckland. His poetry has been published widely in New Zealand and overseas in magazines and anthologies. He is presently the editor of 'Poetry Aotearoa', reviewed in this issue.
IAIN BRITTON is a teacher at King's School, Auckland, New Zealand. His work has been recently published in Poetry New Zealand and in a number of magazines in England - Poetry Monthly, the Forward Press and by Agenda (London). Also Jaam 14 has published a number of his poems.
R M LESLIE is an unknown soldier of World War two.
TREVOR REEVES: Editor and Publisher of Southern Ocean Review and poet - writer of short stories, that have appeared in print and electronic magazines and anthologies, widely, both here and overseas. His recent collection of poems, A Poetry Book to Cuddle up in Bed With contains eight of his 'Bedrocks' sequences. Recent acceptances have been for 'Paper Tiger' - CD magazine, and Poetry Aotearoa, both Australia. As a graphic designer he has designed scores of book covers and book designs.
JUDITH WOLFE lives in Dunedin, New Zealand. She is an artist, designer and sculptor. She has exhibited widely throughout New Zealand and some of her works have been in travelling exhibitions overseas. Recent exhibitions at the Empire Cinema, guest artist at the Wanaka Art Group Exhibition, August 1997 and exhibited in the Warbirds Over Wanaka air show exhibition, Easter, 1998, and the Cleveland Art Awards, Dunedin, October 1998, and 2001 Also the Columba College exhibition 1999. Three exhibitions, 2000, 2001 and 2002 at the Community Art Gallery, Dunedin NZ and one due in 2005. Judith Wolfe is a prolific book illustrator. Home Page
